West Virginia 2010

This year’s trip to West Virginia is scheduled for July 10th – 17th, 2010.

We will be staying at Bluefield College in Bluefield, VA and ministering in churches and communities in West Virginia. Join us for this wonderful opportunity to plant gospel seed.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS  May 1, 2010 with a $50.00 deposit.
The remaining $180.00 is due on June 16, 2010. (Total cost is $235.00)
There will be a late fee of $25 after the deadline due date of June 16, 2009.

Your fee covers transportation, meals and housing for the week!

After receiving your $50.00 deposit, first-time attenders will be asked to submit a Release for a Background Check. This is to ensure the safety of the children and the workers.

There will be a mandatory training session in June. A make up session will also be scheduled for those with conflicts. We will send the dates and place of meeting information out later. Packets of additional information will be distributed at this time.

Opportunities: God has already given you the skills you need!
- Meet and greet people as they come to VBS or to a cook-out.
- Teach or assist in a VBS Class (Nursery thru Adult)
- Cooking Teams – we are also accepting donations for food and fuel
- Construction – we provide the tools, you provide the “can do”
- Puppetry, Singing, Clowning, Drama, Story Telling, Guitar, etc.
- Prayer walking, visitation through the towns
- Set up/Take down
- Crafts, recreation, worship rally - help in many areas!
